Executive Committee Governance Charter

Purpose
The Executive Committee (EC) of EKTTA - Enterprising Knot of Travel & Tourism Associates is responsible for guiding the association’s vision, ensuring good governance, and strengthening the travel and tourism ecosystem of Odisha through collaboration, professional development and industry advocacy.

The EC collectively works towards achieving the objectives of the association while maintaining transparency, professionalism and accountability.

Responsibilities of Executive Committee Members
Executive Committee Members play an important role in supporting the initiatives and activities of EKTTA.
Their responsibilities include:

Participating in EC meetings and decision-making processes

Supporting organisation of events, workshops and initiatives

Promoting membership engagement and growth

Representing the interests of the travel trade fraternity

Contributing ideas for the development of the association and industry

Heading & Chairing various sub-committees from time to time as & when required .

Summary:
The Executive Committee shall meet periodically to review the activities of the association and take decisions on key initiatives.
